Suzan Parden

First Impressionist

Suzan Parden, one of our First Impressionists, comes to The Skin Society with over 12 years of experience managing a medical office.  The desire to encourage others on their own skin health journey while spending time with her daughter, Katie Belle, is the icing on her career’s cake. When she isn’t confirming appointments or recommending the latest product at The Skin Society, Suzan is taking care of her babies at home…fur and plant babies that is!  You would recognize one of them as the loving shop dog, Greta.  And when she isn’t watering or feeding those babies, her nine children (yes, you read that right), 3 grandchildren and husband keep her on her toes.

Katie Belle Glendye

Skin Society Founder and Licensed Medical Esthetician

As The Skin Society’s founder, Katie Belle Glendye has nearly a decade of aesthetic and cosmetic training, she's driven by a desire to inspire remarkable skin health solutions that are not only affordable but effective.

Throughout her career, Katie Belle has worked with various organizations across the skin health industry.  Being immersed in the dermatology sector for 6+ years she has been exposed to so many different skin concerns and diseases and this has given her a unique understanding of the skin and has led her down a path of medical aesthetics.

Outside of the treatment room, Katie Belle has a love for plants, cats, her husband and traveling, but not necessarily in that order.  When she is not administering a treatment or recommending a product, she is busy planning her next adventure, whether it is to the beach for some R&R or to a jaunt to Europe to explore history and culture.

No matter which hat she's wearing, her goal is simple -- to help her patients achieve and maintain healthy, happy skin.

Martha Miller

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Martha Miller has been a licensed Medical Esthetician for over 20 years. She possesses a vast and varied background in the skincare industry.

She has been in critical positions within the skincare industry including: Medical Esthetician for Dermatologists, member of the developmental team for a skincare line at CVS, consultant for Med-Spa startups, trainer of estheticians in more advanced protocols and owner of her own skin care clinic in New Jersey.

Cynthia Winston

Licensed Medical Esthetician

Cynthia began her career in the aesthetic industry in 2012 when she worked for a plastic surgery office in Atlanta.  It was there she discovered her passion and eagerness to learn aesthetics.
She attended the Elaine Sterling Institute and graduated in early 2015.  She began her career as an aesthetician at a dermatology practice.  There she worked side by side with some of the best aestheticians in the industry.  Her time at the dermatology practice enable her to blossom into the aesthetician she is today.  Being in Derm really helped her understand skin on another level because she saw it all.  She received hands on experience with many modalities including Sciton, Coolscultping, Ultherapy, and Palomar.
Cynthia strives to deliver results to all her clients.  There is nothing more rewarding for her than to see her clients happy and satisfied with their skin treatments.  Each day she comes to work, she puts all her love and passion into each treatment.
Outside of work she loves working out at Burn Bootcamp and just being with her family.  She has a daughter named Riley and a dog named Brooklyn.  She is a coffee and popcorn addict and enjoys sitting on her back porch while diving into a good book.
